Advantages and disadvantages of continuous roll bags
Advantage
Convenient to use: The continuous roll bag is provided in the form of a roll, and users can tear and use it at any time according to their actual needs, without the need for pre cutting or preparing bags of different specifications, greatly improving packaging efficiency. For example, at the supermarket checkout counter, after a customer purchases a product, the cashier can quickly tear off the bag from the roll and pack it.
Low cost: The raw material cost for producing continuous roll bags is relatively low, and the production process is simple, which can achieve large-scale production. Therefore, its price is relatively low and suitable for large-scale use. For merchants, using roll up bags can reduce packaging costs.
Strong flexibility: Various specifications, sizes, and colors of continuous roll bags can be produced according to different packaging needs to meet the packaging requirements of different products. For example, small-sized roll up bags can be used to package candies, small accessories, etc., while large-sized ones can be used to package clothing, bedding, etc.
Disadvantage
Environmental issues: Traditional roll up bags are mostly made of non degradable plastics. If not handled properly after extensive use, they can become "white pollution" and cause serious harm to the environment such as soil and water sources. These plastic bags are difficult to decompose in natural environments and may take hundreds or even longer to fully degrade.
Limited strength: Some continuous roll bags have low strength, especially when loaded with heavy or sharp items, which can easily cause damage and result in product leakage or damage. For example, when using regular PE roll bags to package glass products with sharp edges, the bags are prone to scratching.
